The dream of DICED began when I was competitive athlete at University of Louisville. I understood the need for fresh, healthy, clean food to fuel myself mind under intense stress. It was hard to find a restaurant that provided that. After doing research on the benefits of eating fresh & organic food, my dream for DICED began.
With a family history in culinary experience, I began writing down some of my favorite flavor combinations and ingredients.
I was torn between a life working in Physical Therapy or pursing this wild and crazy dream that we could create a health food restaurant with food that actually tastes good.
After 2 years of lots of sweat & tears; sourcing the best & freshest ingredients, DICED Gourmet Salads and Wraps was born. The first location was opened in 2015 on Kildaire Farms Rd in Cary.
DICED gained a following in the Cary area, and with a demand for it in the Raleigh area, we were blessed by our loyal customers to be able to open a second location under Oberlin Ct. Apartments on Oberlin Drive.
My goal is to always and consistently find new ways to serve you the best salad, wrap or bowl you've ever tasted. I strive to always use the best & freshest ingredients I can find, because I know that quality matters in how you feel.
I graduated from University of Louisville with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business Marketing. After college and a few different career paths my biggest fear was being stagnant in life. I took the risk, quit my job, and built the DICED life from the ground up.
